As Liquidator of the above Company I am called upon
to make a payment to Wai Yee Hong of Hong Kong, one of the
Creditors on this Estate. Before actually paying this amount I shall be glad if you will let me know whether there is any
objection under the Trading with the Enemy Acts or any
regulations made by the Department, to my making this payment
to this particular firm,
I may say I have no knowledge of anything wrong
myself but I wish to make quite sure that this is not one of
the firms which has been blacklisted.
